The Helicopter Company and Riyadh Air Sign Strategic MoU to Advance Seamless Premium Air Mobility Across Saudi Arabia
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 17 November 2025 – The Helicopter Company (THC), a PIF Company and Saudi Arabia’s premier commercial helicopter operator, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Riyadh Air, the new national carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and also a PIF entity, during the Dubai Airshow.
The landmark partnership aims to enhance premium travel and last-mile connectivity across Saudi Arabia, enabling Riyadh Air passengers to enjoy seamless helicopter transfers between King Khalid International Airport (RUH) and key destinations within Riyadh and the wider Kingdom once commercial operations are fully launched. Mirroring premium services in major global cities such as New York and Nice, this collaboration will redefine the passenger experience with swift, comfortable, and tailored transfer solutions.
